Easy Expat International is seeking a Financial Analyst in Railway project for Azerbaijan.
Railway / Transport Economist / Financial Analyst:
Minimum of masters degree in transport planning management, transport economics or transport/road/rail engineering.
The expert should also demonstrate qualification records as well as experience in finance.
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of international working experience in the management of railway infrastructure.
The candidate shall demonstrate at least three similar assignments in the proposed position for large scale projects of more than USD 50 million value, successfully implemented.
The candidate must have experience in East Europe and CIS countries, be familiar with railway organizations in CIS countries, and must possess excellent writing, reporting and speaking skills in English.
The candidate must have good interpersonal skills.
