Easy Expat International is seeking a Team Leader in Railway project for Azerbaijan.
Team Leader / Lead Railway Transport Economist:
Minimum of masters degree in transport planning management, transport economics or transport/road/rail engineering.
A Ph.D in the relevant field would be an added advantage.
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of international working experience in the management of railway infrastructure.
The candidate shall demonstrate at least three similar assignments for large scale projects of more than USD 50 million value, successfully implemented in the role of a Team Leader managing a team of international consultants.
The candidate must have experience in East Europe and CIS countries, be familiar with railway organizations in CIS countries, and must possess excellent writing, reporting and speaking skills in English.
The candidate must have good interpersonal skills.
