The payroll Management Concept
In case, you are in contact for an export mission with a French or foreign company, you define all the terms of your expatriation: salary, per diem, airfare, travel, etc. Easy Expat International simultaneously establishes two contracts that include the negotiated terms. Easy Expat International signes a commercial contract with the client company and as well a contract with you. Easy Expat International becomes your employer and manages your pay, your insurance and your social security contributions. Every month, Easy Expat International invoices the client company. Every month, Easy Expat International will send you a pay slip and pay your salary into the account and in the currency of your choice.

Easy Expat International operates as an employer of staff at your disposal. As such, EEI addresses its future employees with a work contract which contains all the conditions that you have previously negotiated with him.
You are relieved from administrative monitoring of the mission :
- Monitoring of time sheets, leave, sickness absences and costs.
- Monthly calculation of wages in the selected currency and issue of pay slips.
- Editing and sending all certificates requested by the agent (certificates, final settlement).
- Insurance Monitoring, individual social contributions, reimbursements care…
- Update of contracts: interruptions, renewals, bonus awards…
